Registration:

Registration will be held on Saturday Morning, 1 Hour Prior to your first game. Check the links for schedules. Please bring all required material to the registration tent located at your field location:

U-14M, U-15M and U-15F should register at the Alderfer Field location.

All other teams should register in the parking lot near the Baseball fields in the Community Center (CC) across from Indian Valley Middle School on Gruber Road. All parking in this lot will be restricted to referees, tournament help and temporary coach parking for registration.

Required Registration Material:

 

current USYSA/USCS Player passes

certified state rosters (2007 or 2008)

medical release forms (all Players)

Teams from out of state, permission to travel form
