]]> http://www.harleysvillesoccer.org/home/561579.html 2011 RSMC Scholarship Awarded to Gary Guldin 09/01/2011 08:52 PM http://www.harleysvillesoccer.org/home/558322.html Congratulations to Gary Guldin, the 2011 recipient of the Rob Schaefer Memorial Scholarship.  Gary is a four year varsity soccer player at Souderton Area High School and was a senior co-captain this past school year.  In addition to being an Honor Roll student, Gary also served for several years as a volunteer with the Harleysville TOPSoccer program, serving as a peer buddy and mentor to physically and mentally challenged children who wish to participate in community soccer.  Gary played his youth soccer at Harleysville Football Club.
 
Graduating in the spring of 2011, Gary is headed to Drexel University where he plans to major in Chemical Engineering.  Congratulations Gary and best of luck in your future endeavors.

U13 and older
* Friday, August 19  @Alderfer Park; 6:00 - 7:30 pm.
* Sunday, August 28  @Upper Salford Park; 12:00 - 1:30 pm.

- U8 through U11 will train from 12:00 to 1:30 pm.
- U12 and older will train from 1:30 to 3:00 pm.
 
 
The second session will run on Tuesday, August 23 @Alderfer Park.
- U8 through U11 will train from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.
- U12 and older will train from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
 
Thereafter, the Academy will alternate between Mondays and Tuesdays for the remainder of the season.  This will allow players to receive keeper-specific training with minor impact to their team-based training.
 
We are asking players to register to assist Lee in his planning.

Great job by coach Bill James, and assistants Tom Quintois, Brooke Ziegler and Joe Duffy on leading the team to a great finish and a great effort by the players who topped off a successful season  by bringing home the title.
