HARLEYSVILLE UNITED U14 GIRLS WIN ROB SCHAEFER MEMORIAL CLASSIC
On August 8th and 9th , the Harleysville United 95/96 U14 Girls Premier Team won the Rob Schaefer Memorial Classic in Harleysville, PA. For this tournament the girls played up a year at the U15 age level. During the tournament the girls went unbeaten with 2 wins and 2 ties.
HARLEYSVILLE UNITED U14 GIRLS WIN KICKS FOR KIDS HERSHEY INVITATIONAL
On June 20th and 21st, the Harleysville United 95/96 U14 Girls Premier Team won the Kicks 4 Kids Hershey Invitational in Hershey, PA. Despite tough competition, the girls came away unbeaten with 3 wins and 1 tie.
3 HARLEYSVILLE UNITED U14 PLAYERS QUALIFY FOR THE OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
3 players from the Harleysville United 95/96 U14 Girls Premier Team qualified for the 2009 EPYSA ODP Team. Pictured are Julia Rufe, Jennifer Nestor and Alex Metelow. In June the girls competed against other state ODP teams in the Region 1 ODP Tournament held at Mercer County Park in New Jersey. In July they spent a week at the Region 1 ODP Camp at the University of Rhode Island.
