All new players to our program are required to show Proof of Age prior to starting play. Please take a few minutes to attend to this, so that your child(ren) can get right to playing the fun sport of soccer with us this summer.
To show a child’s Proof of Age, we’ll need to see a COPY of any one of the following legal forms of identification:
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Driver’s License
(Originals are NOT required and should NOT be submitted!)
Please forward the copy of the identification by either of the following means:
- EMAIL: You can submit an electronic copy of your child’s Birth Certificate, Passport, or Driver’s License via email to Intramural@HarleysvilleSoccer.org. In the Subject line, please indicate “Proof of Age” along with the player’s name.
- MAIL: You can mail a COPY of your child’s Birth Certificate, Passport, or Driver’s License to the following address:

When we receive the required information we’ll update our database and destroy/delete the documents submitted. Copies will not be retained. Again, please do not send us any originals.
Once the Proof of Age requirement is met, your child’s registration will be complete. We look forward to seeing all of our registered players out on the fields soon!
